Your alarm is powered by its battery (not your mains), so it will keep working for up to 12 hours in a power outage, so long as the battery is in good condition. Batteries should last for about three years.
If the power is out for an extended time or your battery needs replacing, give us a call and we'll replace it for you as soon as possible.
